I didn't like the fact that there were spider webs in the room and the pillows were as flat as pancakes.

Not bad. Had to get a new TV but as usual the place was clean, comfortable and a reasonable price.
The door lock was defective and I sought help 4 times at the front desk. Finally asked to talk to the manager who proceeded to blame me for clearing the card that I held in my hand. Manager finally came to the door and showed that the door in fact did not work correctly but if you swipe just the tip quickly a half a dozen times it would eventually work.
