I have never stayed at an Extended Stay before. Overall It was ok. Nothing special but the room was clean and for an overnight stay it was ok. I'm used to nicer hotels but for the price and location, it worked. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Everything was excellent...! My wife & i were just a little unconfortable with the bed , the comfort level was uncomfortable. The size didnt feel like a queen size. But everything else no problem we were thinking of staying again it was quite.

Great location but staff isn't very friendly Check in was just ok. The gal at the counter looked like she had just woken up and was not very welcoming and did not smile. The room was really nice and it was in a very nice, safe area. The king size bed was AMAZING!!! At check out the following day there was no coffee and when it was brought to the girl at the counters attention she said it would be 8 minutes and made no attempt to get the coffee started. Extended Stay Review Breakfast was "grab and go" meaning they had muffins, granola bars and some instant oatmeal. You had to pay extra for wifi that would do anything more than check email.

We arrived at noon, but couldn't get our room until 3pm, unless we paid an additional $25.00! This is a bad policy, especially if you have driven a long distance and just are looking forward to a nice stay. Also, I had to go to the bathroom, but they had none available, so I drove over to Kohl's in order to go and than shopped until 3PM..The rooms were clean, the rest of the staff was fine, but because of my experience I won't be staying their again...
