Dirty, dirty! bathtub floors sink chairs bed everything dirty. No front desk help at check out l. Some one banging on doors at 1:30 am for almost a hour and nothing was done about it. Not the hotel it used to be.

Unable to print receipt upon request. Breakfast was not intended to stay and dine.

the hotel and rooms were not clean and the shower was dirty. hallways are dark. there was a big crack under the door and had to cover it with towels

Creepy hotel I made a reservation when i arrived i was told the room wasn't available had to pay for additional 2 rooms on top of reservation. Girl at front desk could not explain why my reservation wasn't available hotel looks dated and dirty. Rooms are dated had to kill a bug 5 minutes after i walked in room. Bed not comfortable. Ww had to sleep in separate rooms veey difficult when you have 3 kids and all of them want to sleep with grandma. Patking lot was dark and there were some questionable characters out there. Room was not cleaned, I saw small bugs in bathroom

Won’t stay again The room was dirty and the grab and go breakfast was a joke. I emailed the manager and guest relations and while they did give me a partial credit, no one actual responded to my email.
