I was very disappointed when we arrived at the property. The smell was horrible. We woke up with a rash on our body and the beds were full size not queen.

Did not get the 2 bed room as shown online. Got a king with a pull out couch after the receptiones told me she had no room when I showed up and expected me to leave. Don’t recommend this place bad customer service.

Not good Worst bed ever! Sheets and blanket were terrible and was freezing. Heater was very stinky and loud. Dusty with pet hair. Kind of weird that when you walk in there is s big bowl of dog bones and nothing for people. Not that i wanted or needed food at that point but only dog bones is kinda uninviting.

Save your money We paid 1300 dollars for a room for a week and this is what we got, the customer service here was terrible. We tried to contact the hotel front desk for info about shuttles and could not get an answer at 9pm, it rang non stop for 5 min then we tried again and still have not got our question answered. The trash was not taken out so customers were piling trash at the bottom of the stairs for days! and the smell was terrible there were also ants in the trash. Rio rancho City is great this place is not Definitely not worth my money, I’ve stayed at better hotels for less money. So many things wrong with the room, old looking and bad smell. Customer service after initial check in was awful. Will never book this place again. First, let me say I knew this was not going to be an exceptional property and expected a 3 star experience. I did read the reviews and noted problems - and that the manager responded to most if not all of the comments made.
