Horrible smoke smell from cigarettes strong bad smelling oder in the hallway which made it to the rooms to the point I had to go out and purchase some febreeze

I checked in and my room had not been cleaned, I was told they didn’t have another room and had to wait. They gave me a room an hour later we dropped our things off and left

It was so dirty, could not stay second night. Asked for another room but was not given, so had to find another place to stay.

No daily housekeeping, no hot breakfast, unfriendly staff, staff never at the counter, no snack or soda machines, rooms look old inside

Save your money! The hotel was dirty. We had a non-smoking room but people were smoking. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. As well, several lights were missing lightbulbs, the phone didn’t work and the floor in the room was laminate and sticky. Would not recommend

I never understand hotel properties that put their accessible rooms for handicapped individuals so far from entrances or elevator doors. Not all handicapped people are wheelchair bound. We were jn the room before we knew their were no cups or glasses to use. That dhould have been covered st check-in. Also every breakfast offering was carbohydrate loaded. Diabetics need protein.
