They”breakfast and laundry” that is advertised is nothing like you would expect. Our entire floor stuck and the elevator doesn’t work sometimes.

Bed was horrible and uncomfortable. Couldn’t sleep. - pillows not good

This place was super dirty and the walls are paper thin. I went to take a shower as soon as we got there and there was so much hair (not mine) in the shower like it was never cleaned. So gross.

Horrible smell in hallways mildew smell throughout property

I don't recommend this place. When we arrived, we were told the reservation we had done via hotels.com wasn't "registered" with them. Also, the room we had was on the first floor. The curtain over the window was mounted so that the there was 4 inches of window exposed on the left side and 8 inches of wall covered on the right side. When we showed the person on duty, she said, "I don't see anything wrong with that.". Again, we were on the FIRST FLOOR next to the parking lot. Bethelehem and Allentown are not a great area. Extended stay had very strange and homeless people hanging around front of the building, smoking upon entrance and yelling to each other. The AC was cold, rooms were clean, but its dated and beds are small. Staff seems disinterested in greeting or working.
