Never again. Front desk staff was little help throughout. When business plans changed and I asked to extend my stay by one night the front desk staff said she couldn't help because I'd booked through Hotels.com. I asked her to treat as a walk-in new reservation. She told me she couldn't figure out how. I asked about late check out. She said she gets screamed at if she lets people stay late, so I would need to talk to the manager (who didn't come in until the next day at 7AM), but it would cost extra if I stayed late. Outside of building was newer/updated looking Check in was fine-desk clerk was kind. Hallways were a bit dark. Room wasn’t very clean. There were tiny broccoli & carrot pieces on the floor and “dust bunnies”. So the floor obviously hadnt been cleaned. Shower/bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable. AC worked well on cooling the room but was very loud. Woke us up when it kicked on. This was one of the dirtiest hotel I ever stayed at. Stained carpet, moldy smell, and there was no running water from the kitchenette sink. Hair in the bathtub. The "included breakfast" consisted of granola bars and muffins only. I will not return

It was loud dirty and smelled. I checked out after one night I slept in the chair because the bed was gross

I liked that it was close to the mall but it wasn't very clean, there were dogs barking, and someone else needed to be at the front desk
