Dated, but pretty clean They were understaffed when we arrived and we had to wait around a bit to check in, but the girl at the desk was very courteous, helpful, and efficient. The hotel didn't have that new, clean, hotel feel. It felt dated and the walls/molding could have used a new coat of paint. It was quite expensive for the quality of the building. But, all in all, no real complaints.
Dirty and overpriced Hair all over sink and in tub.
Not the best The whole third floor smelled like smoke even though I asked for non smoking. I had to stuff towels under my door so the smoke smell would stop coming in.
Dirty rooms, Very poor exprience not to rec untill commitment to higher standards are reatched.

room smelled Breakfast on the go because you left to go get breakfast. Linens need updating and better cleaning.

Worst ever stay I've had I'm an international traveler and have stayed in sketchy hotels, but this is worst ever. Never left a room smelling like I slept in a bar before. They said Expedia only guarantees a room, not a smoking room choice and offered me some smoke neutralizer or have Expedia move me. Crappy staff, bad service, worse rooms. Avoid if any of those options don't work for you.

One night visit This hotel is in need of a deep cleaning and remodel. The room was barely OK on the cleaning. This hotel could be good with a little attention to housekeeping and some maintenance. Beds are comfortable and it is quiet. Convenient to town and Mall. Restaurant is right next door. It is inexpensive.

Wished we listed to the bad reviews We did not expect much based on the reviews we read about this hotel, but we at least hoped for the basics. Unfortunately that is not what we got. The rooms was filthy, our bed was randomly soaked through on one side with some strange liquid and our tub did not drain properly. Were told the room was non smoking - I guess that means the ash tray is under the bed. Room stunk like smoke and we had to wash every bit of clothing when we got home. The breakfast was a joke. Ran from 6-9:30. When we were there the 1st day at 6:30 we got a packaged muffin. The next day we were there at 9 and we there were only 4 granola bars left. The service people were kind and friendly.
