Were told the room was non smoking - I guess that means the ash tray is under the bed. Room stunk like smoke and we had to wash every bit of clothing when we got home. The breakfast was a joke. Ran from 6-9:30. When we were there the 1st day at 6:30 we got a packaged muffin. The next day we were there at 9 and we there were only 4 granola bars left. The service people were kind and friendly.

Availability rooms not available for check in until 5 pm....some folks booked on-line ....got turned away b/c hotel was overbooked.

DO NOT STAY HERE.. shouldn't even be in Business This was one of the worst Hotel chains I have ever been to. the rooms were dirty, stains on the sheets and there were bed bugs!!! when we told the front desk , they pretty much shrugged their shoulders.. not accommodating at all. we went to a couple of these one in Asheville NC and then again in Atlanta GA.. same situation.. did not stay in the ATLANTA one checked in to see if perhaps this one would be different and we checked right out after seeing the rooms.. Convenient location Good location, but room was so dirty. The bathtub was black in places, the blanket had huge stains all over it and all of the dishes had food dried on them. Another complaint would be the continental breakfast. I don't consider granola bars breakfast and that is literally all the breakfast consisted of.
never again Ok first thing we walked into a room that smelled of cigarettes (non-smoking room). Then we noticed that the restroom wasn't clean. Stool on the front of the bowl and on the floor. thankfully they left some sanitizer in the room. So i cleaned it. The beds were extremely hard. Day 2 after being gone all day we came back to a room with a broken air conditioner. we finally called the desk and he came up and determined it was broken. Do not stay here We stayed here for a couple days and upon entering the room there was a terrible musty smell. In the bathroom around the sink were hair shavings which were clearly visible as soon as I walked into the bathroom..disgusting! All the pillow cases on the freshly made bed had stains on them, the carpet was filled with stain as well. Look on No customer service beds are terrible and not clean barhrooms

Nice staff, dirty room The room was dirty, had food on the floor, dishes were not clean. The drain under the kitchen sink leaked badly, the shower/tub drain was very slow. The refrigerator handle was sticky and dirty. I had to clean this kitchen and wash the dishes (which were put away in the cabinets) before I could cook and eat in it.
