Moving to Atlanta so we needed a hotel for a night. Checked in late with three kids. Went into the room to find other people in the room. They had no other rooms. Never again.

Well first when we got to the hotel we had to wait , then she came checked us in , went up to first room , couple channels wasn’t working so we thought the tv was messed up so she just moved us to another room , got stuff settled in went ate next store came back laid in bed start itching like crazy asked my husband to scratch me back said there was all kinds of bumps on it took pictures and looked up said it was bed bugs , immediately went down to tell the lady and she moved us to another room. I reserved a king suite with handicap. When I arrived they didn't have a king suite with handicap, I was given a deluxe for the same pay. The hotel refused to lower my nightly rate. I will never go to extend stay again

Staff was nice but nonsmoking room had smoke detector disabled and ashes on the nightstand. Hair from shaving around bathroom sink not cleaned, hair in tub, surfaces not wiped down and dirty sheet with stains in the fold away bed. Didn’t check in until 11:47pm so there was no reason the room wasn’t cleaned properly. Some sort of body fluid (appeared to be dried blood) on bathroom door and closet area near the bathroom.

Very rude staff and the pool was closed over all very bsd experience would want my money back

The lobby smelled of sewer. The corridors throughout to the 3rd floor had not been vacuumed in quite a while, full of food scraps and litter. The room had no coffee or even a coffee pot and the desk could supply a coffee pot and coffee if you went to get it but no cream or sugar. The tv was only analog. Couldn’t wait to leave. The only hotel available at the time
