Rude staff and subpar rooms Paid for a room with a King, when we arrived they told us they didn’t have our room. Clerk would not explain until we signed and paid for a room he just said they didn’t have. When asked for clarification, clerk advised, “If you want me to keep being nice”. We ended up with no King, just two doubles. Rooms were dirty with bugs. Highly unsatisfied with entire experience.

Worse place I have ever stayed. Horrible experience came at 8 system was down couldn't check in until 11. Gave us the wrong room which made check in midnight never ever will i sat there again. No dishes not even a.coffee pot.

Do not stay here. Would not take my cash offered no other solutions to the problem. The person at the desk was snooty and rude. I ended up finding a different place that would take my cash.
