Becoming more Ghetto I didn't get the room I booked the room I got the bed wasn't made I called but no answer after I fell asleep 20 mins later she called to see if I was asking for a wake up call but she had the wrong room

FILTHY AND GHETTO I walked into the elevator, there was trash and dried chicken bones. When I got to the room, there was already a dirty towel on the floor. I proceeeded to the bed, there was this bloody stained comforter and dirty sheets on the bed. The staff then accompanied me to check out another room since it was already late, but I found a bag contained dirty hotel curtains right on the bed. I had to checked out right away. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND...!!!

Shower Curtains Optional? I have stayed at my fair share of terrible hotels but my recent stay here may top the list of worst experiences at a hotel. I checked in with my family so it was apparent that I would using the pullout sofa bed but there were not sheets or pillow on the bed. I walked down about 5 minutes after we just checked in asked for bedding for the pullout. Their was roaches in the room the room smelled mildewed, I will not stay here again.

The soothing sounds of the interstate The interstate is so close, and right outside our window. That I was almost impossible to get any sleep. Room was clean enough, but the halls and elevator weren’t. Lots of little issues with broken dresser drawers, door threshold was torn apart. Running water smells like bleach. Where the hotel can also, but too close to the highway.Terrible noise let us can't fall asleep at night, even during the day because the noise upset.The elevator starts vibration is very big, like an earthquake.Anyway, it is a very bad experience.

You get what you pay for! This hotel is not the best. There short on staff. I told the front desk my tub was clogging, they wanted me to come downstairs to get a plunger to fix it MYSELF!! I told them I had dirty wet towels in room, they also told ME ( a person that doesn't work there) to bring them downstairs as well. Under staff, employees need a lesson on customer service, and their job description.
