not clean, stinks, cigarette smoke all over. breakfast is a joke in most of the extended stay hotels. will never come back to any extended stay hotel.

Rooms were not Clean, no cups in rooms, limited breakfast and coffee

Interstate NOISE Too much road / car /truck noise being too close to the interstate and on top of that the bridge has an incline so more engine noise ... plus too bright street lights

Beware of one daytime employee! One day shift employee went out of his way to be unhelpful and create problems instead of resolve them.

Unkind and unclean Location was "overbooked" to start to we ended up in a double room instead of King. Our room had no pillows and we were only able to get 3 from the front desk. Again, due to overbooking. The bathroom area was filthy with facial hair clippings and toothpaste in the sink and hair in the tub. Overall, very disappointed.

Horrible customer service. No parking. The hotel itself isn't bad however the night staff is lazy and there isn't nearly enough parking. We came in late and had to park at the hotel next door because there was no parking at all. When we asked for more towels we were told no til 7 am. I paid $370 for 2 nights and am very dissatisfied. I will be staying elsewhere when i come back to duluth.
