The hotel was overbooked. Only found this out then I arrived to check-in at 9.30!!

Had an electrical issue the light couldn’t turn off; night receptionist declined to provide any assistance.

find another hotel if you can. It was one of the worst experiences ever... First thing they told me was that their hot water wasn't working, which is understandable and they fixed it later in the day. Second, I walk into the room, but the floors had some nasty stuff that wasn't cleaned properly. The entire floor smelled like fish. The room smelled weird. Third, I asked to change rooms, but they never got back to me, so I called front desk again and they said they were fully booked, but the parking lot wasn't even full... Wor... read more

Extremely bad condition Bad customer service. Roof was leaking in different places in the middle of the night, I called the front desk and was told to wait till 9am when the maintenance will resume work. The leaking was so much and it was very scary that I actually thought the roof will collapse on us since it’s very close to the bed. We couldn’t sleep throughout the night. Room wasn't ready when we checked in for a 5 people suit. had to keep asking for supplies and was told they run out of towels, pillows, etc. on the 2nd day, there was not hot water. Staff not friendly at all. will not stay in the future at this kind of hotel...

Not Happy.. Myself and a guest were bitten by Bed Bugs. Pia at front desk was very nice about the entire situation and put us in a different room. Trip was a downer after that but I kept a brave face as I was there to celebrate my moms 70th birthday.

Just Horrible Somethings are better left unsaid; just know that this is not the place to stay with a family. There's strippers walking around the place at all hours of the night and extremely loud music. No help from the front desk, he's partying with the guest and waited over 30 mins to check-in. Never again! The only good part was hotels.com finding another room!
