Decent I guess Room was clean enough. Light was out in bathroom. Staff said they would come fix it in the morning?!?! They did not. Breakfast was grab n go :-/ Checkin was at 3 but when we got there at 5:30 they had to "check the room "to see if it was ready" while we waited, which made us late to our event.

Dirty hotel room room The hotel room was so dirty and when I asked the front desk to clean it they said they were too busy to clean it and that they could come the following day . I received the room in bad condition. The hotel said they offered continental breakfast but they never buy anything out to eat . Bad experience

Horrible Facility and Service Unacceptable 1. The facility seemed to be very short staffed 2. Although room was ready, we were missing tools and for an extended stay facility, dishes should be clean and in the room. Had to go to front desk for dishes to cook with. 3. Although front desk allowed us to fill out paperwork and give credit card, they did not service us ahead of others still wait checking in. 4. Horrible stay and dirty!!!! The are was great however the hotel room was disgusting , they don't clean the rooms. I still have yet to see a cleaning person there. The continental breakfast is a lie by7:00 am there is nothing left not even coffee they should not even advertise that they offer continental breakfast because it's a lie. I'm so disappointed in this hotel

Horrible stay at the end I had to call the front desk on more than one occasion first about the guest above us being way to loud and the second was concerning them putting in a ac unit while we were still staying in the room. They did not offer to move us to a different room or comp us an extra night. Plus my kids were in the room sleep when they came in. We were not notified by hotel staff such renovations were going to take place

Attempted to stay for 2 nights, first night we arrived late and I went immediately to sleep but my roommates told me in the morning there were bugs all over the place. Notified front desk at 7am and was told it'd be taken care of. Returned at midnight, room was untouched, still infested. Was given a new room but it too was covered in bugs. We left and found a much better hotel. Was refunded the 2nd night but still had to pay full value on all taxes/fees

Just Nasty There was DRIED BLOOD on the comforter then no came to clean the room everyday after cleaning it once!!! Never again!!!

LOOK ELSEWHERE....TERRIBLE HOTEL This hotel was horrible. Terrible service. Never received any towels dor the room no sheets foe the pull out bed has to go buy our own towels and pillows. Front desk was never avaliable annd when they were absolutely no help. Parking was terrible. Never again will i stay at this place. Worse ever.

They had to switch me rooms 2x's I was to the point of getting my money back. I called n spoke to manager, which was rude, I won't stay there anymore. And wouldn't recommend it to anyone
