Never again! I will never stay here again. First they told me my room wasn't ready till 3pm. Ok, fine then at 3 it was they were running behind because of short staff. When I asked the girl if they even had a room, she said yes. I told her that I was ordering an uber for later and I wanted to be sure. THE STAFF WAS NOT WELCOMING AND UNHELPFUL. WAS ADVERTISED A ROOM WITH UTENSILS BUT CHECK IN TO REALIZED THERE WAS NOT SUCH AND REQUESTED BUT TOOK 2 DAYS FOR SCANTER TO PRESENTED. MY ROOM NEVER GOT CLEANED ALL THE DAYS I SPEND THERE.

I wasn’t able to stay at this location due to it being overbooked and the front desk was not helpful at all, stating that Expedia should’ve called me to let me know that there was no room. So me and my 16 year old sister were left to figure things out at midnight after traveling all evening to get there only to find out that we didn’t have a room. I understand that a concert was being held but someone needed to do their job better.

The property has no phone line to connect to the room. It has been broken and no one came to fix it even though we reminded the front desk. Very bad experienced!
