Comfy! Comfortable stay. Deposits collected should be used for repairs in the rooms but it’s not based on my experience. All in all, the stay is peaceful except for all the weed and cigarette smoking in the rooms and outside the hotel doors. The odors are horrible. Note: The latter is an issue at other hotels as well.

I arrive at the hotel to find the rooms very dirty. I was given the first room but my wife said she could not sleep in the room because the sheets and towels were dirty and the room smelled like smoke. We asked for another room and that was even worse. That’s when we concluded we were not going to stay in that hotel. We asked for a refund but the staff told us to contact hotel.com. Please process our refund as we did not stay in the hotel because it was extremely dirty and unhealthy for anyone to spend two nights

This property is dated. Staff was not very friendly. The rooms need a makeover. Smell of pet urine. House keeping was not helpful. Terrible stay.

The property was unkept. Stepping out if the elevator on the assigned floor was very disappointing. We asked for a nonsmoking room and the first thing we smell as the elevator door open was marijuana. When we got in the room the pull out couch was filthy with wholes. Mattress

Had to give my driver license to get a luggage buggy never heard of that in my life. The $100 deposit is ridiculous! Would not let reference this place

Not sure who designed the rooms but it was horrible. The headboard area faces the door, night stand at the foot of the bed and tv to the side. Weird layout. Sheets in pullout couch were nasty.

Room has bad smell, pillowcase has blood stain on it, pet hairs on the floor
