The staff was frigid and not welcoming. Quite robotic, and lacked enthusiasm. It seemed like they were not happy to be there. They did not take the initiative to speak, welcome, or acknowledge me. There was a blister pack of medicine in the couch cushions of the lobby. There did not seem to be a "breakfast" in the morning aside from self-serve coffee. 100 dollar security/no breakfast It was once again another hotel that charges ridiculous. Security fee. $100 for one night. Stay that cost me $87. Supposedly I will get the money back today. Now I have to make sure and keep checking my account. I really wish hotels.com would provide that information prior to booking. Also hotel says it offers breakfast upon arrival. nasty af floor is not clean. crumbs everywhere. pull out sofa was full of crumbs, a pair of shoe, and some dog treats all over. the room was so dirty!!
