SORRY. WILL NOT EVER STAY HERE AGAIN. PERIOD. IT SMELLED, WASN’T CLEANED AND THE BEDS WERE THE WORST!!!!

The staff nice but one staff can't handle everything. The hotel is terrible, i got 2 rooms booked, but once of the two rooms there's some body already live in the property. They switched to difference room in different level then one room clean but the TV broken the light didn't work, the second room is uncleaned and smell so bad. I have complaint them again they swap out the room unclean to the room next to my room where are worst then other room all of them are un cleaned. Go somewhere else. Started off with them giving two of our rooms away. Then one of the others three wasn’t ready by check in time. Then going up to rooms we noticed one had bones on the bed and in the sheets. Another had a massive amount of hair on the beds. Two of them had terrible odors and one of those had moldy coffee in the microwave. The fifth room had stained carpet under the sink from a previous leak as well as the desk had a broken leg. It was horrible the room was to little the staff weren’t courtesy, I ask can they take the trash she says no the trash room is down the hall. They never change the sheets or clean the room . I was there for 4 nights it was horrible. In order to get clean towels you had to bring the use towels to the front desk. Horrible!!!!

Long wait to get checked in, and I left and came back after an outing...the front door was locked however...staff was outside smoking

Tub is too narrow and dangerous for Seniors. No ice available in room or on site. Room was ok Not quality we are used to.
