When we arrived we were told the hotel was sold out and they could not accommodate us.

Never again at any extended stay We were very uncomfortable with the stay. Although the front desk was kind and helpful with trykng to fix the issues, the hotel is very disturbing. The third floor smells like old dog pound I don't know if from mold or animals but the smell is very strong as soon as you come off elevator. The room we got, a suite, still had poop on toilet, beds seemed to be only remade not washed since there were CRUMBS in the bed and the ceiling fan in bathroom was loose or something and very load and racket... read more

Was run down looking and was a couple of people sitting outside side entrance rolling joints and room was old looking and bathroom fan did not work and tv remote worked hit or miss so I can’t recommend this place

Horrible 3 of my 4 rooms were canceled the day of the stay due to the hotel being "over booked". There wasnt another hotel with vacanies within a 10 mile radius die to the short cancel notice. Poor management of reservations.

Never again When we got to our room the hotel told us we did not have a room the hotel was overbooked and I have to get my refund from hotel.com and I can’t get you all on the phone

No rooms at the inn When I arrived the hotel was over booked and I was turned away without any offer to assist in finding a hotel. This morning the room charge is pending on my credit card.

I had stayed a few years ago and was way better than this time. The property has been poorly kept up.

The front desk clerk was kind and professional. The rest was bad. It smelled awful and the windows were bolted closed. The bathroom was dirty. Just terrible. They refunded our money when we decided we didn’t want to stay there.
