do not stay at this hotel! the worst check in experience ive ever had, Check in is at 3, arrived at 430, room was not ready. decided to check in later after braves game, got back to hotel and had to wait 20 min because they where doing a night audit. finally got the room. had a reservation for a room with 2 queen beds. but was givin one with one king bed because that was the only room they had left

Disappointed During check in there was no one at the desk I waited 10 minutes and called the hotel, a guy came from the back office and did not greet any of us in the lobby but proceed to answer the phone. When I hung up, he said there starting at the phone before looking up. Once checked in, the room looked nothing as advertised, they didn't have enough pillows to accommodate, I had to have my key reset and changed out the times on a 2 day trip. They didn't not have breakfast as advertised and the staff was rude.

Dirty rooms The location was great but the property itself was dirty according to my preference so I only stayed there for a day and had to leave because I could not take it.

We knew there were going to be issues as soon as my daughter noticed a cockroach by one of the lobby doors. Check-in took forever despite the fact that we were the only ones in line. There were teenagers having some kind of dance party out in the hallway and the staff either wasn't aware of it or didn't care to try to stop it. The hotel is in terrible shape. This property is very run down. The staff was doing the best they could but everything is out dated. The pullout sofa was disgusting and moldy. The bottom of the bathroom door was broken off. The sink looked like it was coming off the wall. Felt unsafe that I could get the main foor to lock.
