The elevator doesn’t work at first it was constantly stuck the halls smell of urine they want to inspect your rooms invading your privacy they don’t change your linen until 2 weeks per sign at front seat they charge you if you need new towels someone urinated in the stairway I could go on an the staff asking for a 5star review I was even called to do so it was very unsafe

Awfu non reception for a room they didn't have Tried to check in Firday evening they said they had no room. Did not matter I had a confirmed reservation email. Hotels.com makes it impossible to report problem online. Extended Stay local says they can't help, call the 800# main office Mon-Fri. I have a pending charge for a room I did not get access to, and must now dispute. Valentines evening was impossible to find something else in the metro area. Will never use hotels.com again nor extended stays. Rude unhelpful reception.

This place was not what I expected. I lived in this area for a long time so I assumed it was very nice.y check in process was less than favorable but I let it go. I dropped my Apple Watch outside & I asked the front desk did anyone turn it in. The front desk agent CINDY OR CYNTHIA told me no one did. I asked her to double check. Second and last time staying at an Extended Stay. It's a budget hotel, I understand that, but there are limits. The Bad: Room smells musty, and the sofa mattress was stained with blood. Room had some water damage on the floors around the very old appliances. The Good: It's a place to sleep, the main bed was clean and it's generally clean otherwise, but it was annoying having the share a bed since that sofa bed was unsanitary. Nos cancelaron la primera reservación justo el mismo día que llegamos al hotel y tuvimos que buscar otro en el que por poco tampoco nos dan nuestra habitación, nos cobraron por un cuarto con 1 cama queen y un sofá y nos dieron la habitación sin sofá y además tuvimos que pagar $100 extra en nuestro presupuesto como depósito sin previo aviso.

Staff and location were great, however,...kitchen looked dilapidated (waterlog damage drawers,...full kitchen, but no utensils, pots and pans, dishes,...low pressure shower,...no streaming services available on TV, I stayed at lower star hotels/motels that had streaming services,...carpet and kitchen floors felt sticky,...no free breakfast/coffee (advertised on Expedia site),...pool not available (tarp on it),...free parking, a plus
