I did not like how online it stated I would get immediate check in after 12am then when I arrived after traveling and being tired I had to pay an early check in on top of the room.

This is the first time I stayed in a hotel that didn't have automatic doors, but that might be splitting hairs. The description stated that there was breakfast and a fitness center. The breakfast consisted of small granola bars, instant oatmeal, and tiny muffins. This is not a meal. The fitness center didn't have any weights or resistance machines. Front desk was missing for 30 minutes and after booking a room online was told they didn’t have any available so had to upgrade room for more money.

I have to search for the front desk person to be able to check in. Sparking microwave fire potential.very dirty all over. No housekeeping and charges to get trash out of the room. Clogged plumbing. Fire in hotel and being disabled unable to get out and trying to reach front desk for help out during the fire no response to their emergency number. Phone and tv don't work most of the time. No breakfast served as being advertised. The ad for the hotel is opposite to what you get.
