Warning - Do not Stay in this Place! - seriously - it's filthy and disgusting. The mattress that I had to sleep on for the sofa pull-out was disgusting!!! Bodily stains, etc. The filth througout the place was horrible. Then there was a fire the next day. I just left and went to the Marriott Courtyard. Honestly, the place needs to closedown and remodel and then hire staff that is cable of properly cleaning the place.

I hope this message makes it to the CEO/President of Extended Stay. First Problem: We got to our room about 9:30p after a long 3h drive. I had booked two rooms through a 3rd party over a week in advance. At checkin we were informed that the rooms had been oversold. They only had one room left. I asked were they going to help us find other accommodations. The answer was they didn't do that. They told us they had one room left and she was happy to show it to us. Elevator didn’t work… had to walk thru the stairs up to 4 floor ! Couldn’t sleep cause people hanging out around the hotel making noise..
