I made this reservation for two rooms so my dad and both my kids could stay here after a braves game. We were told there were no rooms available, so we made the 3 hour drive back home. Now I've been charged for rooms I never stayed in. This is complete bs.

Not organized when you need pan, pots, bowl etc for making food.

upon my arrival i was given a room with a leaking bathroom. There were literally water on the floor by the toilet. Initially front desk made it difficult to change the room, but after much instance she made a switch to another room. The next day I was gone all day then briefly return around 10:00PM for a late dinner than came back again close to 1:00AM. Never again If you like the smell of pot then this is your place. The staff was kind but overall the hotel needed updating and the parking lot was nasty too. That is always a sign. if they don't care what outside looks like you know the inside isn't going to be the best. I know it wasn't a five start hotel but even a two star hotel can be well maintained. My main issue was the pot aroma that seeped into the rooms at all hours. It was in the hallways and elevator. Awful

This property has a $100 deposit plus the cost of the room. that isn't anywhere on the website. When I checked out, they say it'll take 5-7 days to get the deposit back. Not a good experience. The room was great but unknown extras was a bummer.
