In general, this Extended Stay was as expected, which is to say, a decent hotel. But two things: 1) The lesser thing - there were no dishes, plates, dish soap, cups, NOTHING in the room to fulfill the "extended" part of their name. Customers had to ask at the front desk for every item individually. This is time consuming for both the guest AND the front desk help. (The silverware, for example, was on another floor.) With my job, I spend 25 days per month on the road in hotels. Due to the length of time, I am always booking in affordable hotels. I do prefer a coffee pot and housekeeping at least every few days, but I am a clean person, and can live without them. Some things that make this hotel stand out from all the others is that the staff is so friendly, helpful, and always available. Property wasn’t cleaned my room had trash etc behind the dresser and night stand in the corners was dirt I also had a few spider bites while I was at the hotel. I’ve stayed a number of times and they don’t offer a discount or anything if trying to book again no breakfast due to covid should give guest a instant discount

I enjoyed my stay, the room was right off the elevator and it was so convenient. I travel for work so I will book with them again I wish it was a better weakly rate I would definitely stay a month the cons is no breakfast which is included in you hotel fee some fees should be waved

The room had cigarette buts under the bed...Otherwise, clean. The hallway smelled of cat urine and marijuana. The picnic area was a garbage disaster. The only thing that I like is the kitchen setup in the room. I would only book again if no other hotel was available.

The rooms are clean and very comfortable, though I haven't used the kitchenette it is a great thing to have. The guest laundry room is a blessing. I am greatly pleased with the service and the quality of this hotel.

inor issues Very clean...minor issues..the tv reception flips on and off on some channels(the ones I wanted to watch of course). The shower curtain was to short and every time I took a shower there was water all over the floor...it was very slippery.had to clean up water. And no grab bar nor nonslip strips in the bath tub.

Disappointed I was disappointed by the condition of the hotel upon arrival. The outside of the hotel is a total misrepresentation of the inside. The paint was old. The rooms are outdated and contained a bad odor. It is suppose to be a smoke free environment but the halls wreaked of cigarette smoke. This place could use a complete renovation.
