Comfortable and Convenient Good experience. Comfortable and conveniently located close enough to downtown Austin.
We had a rough check in, and waited over an hour to check in. This may have been out of the control of staff, but they were not particularly helpful or understanding considering the situation. The property is quite dingy, with a leaking hole in the ceiling on the way to our room. Although it's' extended stay, there were no dishes or silverware provided, and few towels. The room wasn't cleaned over our 3 day stay.
