Good location and reasonable basic accommodation for price. No problems. Staff was all very pleasant and went out of way to help.
It was so convenient to the venue. Traffic was not bad. Downtown! Everything was less than a mile away that we needed. Will definitely come back. Hopefully some amenities to the hotel work efficiently and get upgraded. Overall we liked the hospitality that we were given. Technical difficulties happen.

The people were friendly
Room was comfortable. TV didn't work originally, Hector fixed it properly, but behind tv was a lot of dirt, two batteries and trash that must have gotten missed on their "10" pt inspection. There was a dog barking day and night. When I first called at night, the desk clerk said the owners were "out". Not very helpful. I figured that out myself. Denise on days was wonderful and she took care of it the next day when dog was still barking.

Not bad but not great Just a very basic hotel and experience. They don’t offer breakfast or even like a free water jug in the lobby, they don’t have a pool, we didn’t even have hand soap in our room, so you’re not really getting anything to add to the experience if that’s what you’re looking for. Our room did come with a fairly large kitchen space if you’re looking to cook there.
