Great Staff. Great Location. The Staff was very professional and courteous. I arrived a bit early but the Desk Clerk and Maintenance Staff allowed me to work in the common space while they cleared my room for Check-In. I was allowed to Check-In early and get on with my meetings in Austin. There are no grand scale amenities (Hotel Bar, Swimming Pool, Spa, Sauna, etc.) but they offered coffee and light breakfast (Wifi in the room) which allowed me to focus and get on with the business I needed attend to. The Location is Great!

Just the basics Room was nice, but the cleaning staff missed a spot in the bathroom where it looked like ice cream and maybe chocolate was spilled and never cleaned up. USB outlets would have been nice and there was no alarm clock either. I had to go find a charger at a local gas station.

Love this Austin hotel!!! I love this Hotel. I stay here every time I come to Austin. Its clean, safe, close to Whataburger. Staff is always great.
