The front door is old and it was stuck in the lobby entrance was dirty it was a very disappointing first experience when I walked in. The staff was nice but all the amenities it had was two vending machines. There were loud screams and laughter from the guest next-door

Room smelled very strongly of smoke.

Close to everything and reasonable
The room was adequate. The shower was a mess. The faucet had been installed backwards so they used a label maker to mark the correct hot/cold. There was little water pressure but it was sufficient. The room was clean, the bed was fine, and the A/C wasn’t too terribly loud. For just a place to crash over a few nights it was fine.

Center city, nothing special. This is a sub-par hotel. I would only book it for the location.

This wasn't the swankiest place but it became our home base for the 4 days we were in Austin! We grew to love it, and the best part was that it had a fridge and stove and a ton of storage. Our friends stayed downtown in a fancy hotel but they couldn't spread out like we could. We enjoyed our stay! Would have been nicer with Netflix, HBO, or Hulu options on the TV and thicker more quality sheets/blankets. Very, very nice and helpful staff. We lost our key at 11pm and someone was there at the desk to help us!
