Affordable downtown Some homeless people outside but it’s downtown Austin, they’re everywhere thanks to the current mayor. Lobby closed at 11pm so had to use a stairwell door to get in after work. Walking distance to Downtown.
Lola at the front desk went above and beyond. The room is big because it has a kitchen. I'll stay there again.

overall good, just wish had an exercise room
Stay here if you want to be near downtown Austin! Allison at the front desk - general manager -- is an amazing woman. The housekeeping staff are so friendly. And this is a super safe location to be in, esp. being so close to downtown. Thank you for a nice stay.
