A possibility. Not first choice on next visit. I chose this hotel based on its proximity to downtown, and also to a restaurant I wanted to try while I was in town. While it was good enough, and pretty much in line with what I expected, given the price, it could stand to have some updating done. My toilet flushed in an only lackluster manner, and the second morning, I discovered an ant camped out on my soap in the shower. Not sure that I'd revisit this spot, but it was convenient.

Great location, new property and very clean
Good mid-range hotel with friendly staff and good location. I liked the grab and go breakfast (very basic but at least fresh coffee!). I wish they had real milk or cream for morning coffee instead of artificial creamer.

The property is beautiful however the hotel inside was a bit gross. We killed nine roaches, the shower was disgusting, the door from inside the restroom was pushed in. The roof of the restroom look like it had mole
The property is older, but the price and location makes this a decent stop. I came to explore SOCO and downtown and this hotel was the perfect spot for that. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was a bit outdated and the entire property could use a refresh. It’s right off of some great bus stops that get you really anywhere. The room itself was very very clean. We stayed here while visiting friends in Austin but to be fair, we basically only slept here as we were out doing activities most days/nights. However I will say that the reviews/3 star assessment is accurate. The hotel served its purpose for us and was ok for this trip, but what you see is what you get. We will definitely save up for a nicer hotel if we end up coming back to visit.
