I pick this hotel because it’s right across the street from the Palmer event center. It’s convenient. Other than that it’s pretty sub par for the price. 2nd time staying there was worse, toilet was leaking, whole hotel was muggy and smelled funny, room smelled worse had to buy air freshener. Staff is nice but don’t really go out of their way to help. Parking is free which is great.

I liked how nested the place was especially how close it was to the Palmer center. Excellent, would stay again for basic needs at events and quietness and proximity to PTerry's.

Budget friendly place to stay. Staffs were nice. I had roaches in my room. Parking was included which was good. Internet was slow, but ok to browsing sites and do some works, but definitely not optimal for video-conference.

the cleaning does not cover with the regulations said by covid the place smells very bad I really would not go again

Affordable downtown Some homeless people outside but it’s downtown Austin, they’re everywhere thanks to the current mayor. Lobby closed at 11pm so had to use a stairwell door to get in after work. Walking distance to Downtown.
