Good location. Very quiet at night. Room on 3rd floor very dated carpet.

Reasonable walk across the bridges to commercial/music areas of Austin and near by parks. Good sized room for the price. Basic/limited public areas so stay here for a decent room and free parking, not other amenities. At this time "breakfast" is very basic (i.e. coffee and prepackaged muffins/snack bars).
No-frills If I had paid less I think I would be fine with this place. It is definitely a budget option for the cost-conscious traveler, but since I was there during a high-demand week (the Austin Film Festival AND Formula One Racing, at the same time!) I paid luxury prices for what is definitely not a luxury hotel. One of the selling points for me in selecting this hotel was the kitchen. The entrance is really dirty with overflowing trash. The room smelled musty with hints of stale smoke in the air despite of being a non-smoking room/hotel, the carpet didn't feel clean enough to walk barefoot on, the bathroom had cigarette burn marks on thee sink and the shower had milder in the caulking. The room was cozy overall and the bed was comfy.

部屋が広くて、ミニキッチンとカウンターがあり、朝食が食べやすくて快適でしたが、 バスルームに換気扇がなかったのが残念でした。
Not a bad spot, girl at front was very nice, continental break was good, only complaint is that the bathroom door did shut correctly. Other than that, I slept fine. And its walking distance to downtown area.
