I paid for a king sized bed received a queen. But the room was so big and beautiful it was okay

Disappointed this time. I love the location of this property, but they are always understaffed with the front desk clerk always running around. She was very nice, but pulled away from the desk often. The phone in my room flashed as if I had a message & I couldn't turn it off. The phone was so dirty I didn't want to touch it. No hair conditioner, only shampoo...cheap! Plus, no complimentary continental breakfast like other properties. I asked to be in the back where it is quiet and she put me in a very busy hallway with a bun... read more
