We almost always stay at this property when we are in Austin. It's conveniently located near a dog park and Town Lake. The only downside this trip was the lack of hot water for the shower.
Close to downtown and my daughter's dorm.

I pick this hotel because it’s right across the street from the Palmer event center. It’s convenient. Other than that it’s pretty sub par for the price. 2nd time staying there was worse, toilet was leaking, whole hotel was muggy and smelled funny, room smelled worse had to buy air freshener. Staff is nice but don’t really go out of their way to help. Parking is free which is great.
