Free wi-fi is deliberated slowed to almost dialup to get you to pay for what's normal speed. Forget YouTube or any site beyond some simple pictures/text. 2 lamps weren't working in room. I was too tired to get them to address it. There were no customer bathrooms in lobby. Only in the room. Fridge is in a weird place by the door. Only real plus was the Arboretum area. Moldy with broken AC Booked two rooms. When we arrived found that one was clearly in state of disrepair, moldy (like literally mold growing between the mattress and headboard), smelled like a wet dog lived in the room for a week and the AC was not working. Staff offered us a dehumidifier as if that could make the experience tolerable. The other room was not much better.
I have already escalated my stay and the issues I've faced. I would never go back here and recommend this hotel to anyone else.

Never Again It was a bad chain to use. Will never stay in a extended stay again. Smelled of smoke and was dirty. Linens were old stained and look like they weren't washed. No maid service and that wasn't maid clear during reservation. Buried in fine print.

Not Pretty These extended stay hotels in many case are simply worn out. This is one that fits that category. Very unsavory hallways and the rooms are just run down as well. You get the impression of an hourly stay facility, not an extended stay facility.
don't bother unless desperate Avoid unless you are completely desperate. The walls are paper thin, and noise from people stomping around in rooms above also carries too well. The rooms smell vaguely of cigarette smoke (even in a non-smoking room). I will never stay here again.
Stay at the Hyatt right across the street Room had a strange odor. Toilet was clogged before we ever got to use it. All they did was give us a plunger. Asked for a different room and they wouldn't do anything

Not for vacation. Stayed for 2 nights. Very basic accommodations, but my room was clean & the bed was comfortable. I chose this hotel because I dislike staying in a hotel near a freeway ... you can hear traffic all night along. The problem here was I could hear people walking around up stairs! I guess I have expectations of a quite night's sleep. On the 1st day, breakfast consisted of coffee, juice, sugary packaged oatmeal, sugary muffins, breakfast bars, & apples. It was not the "spread" I expected.
