Nope TERRIBLE! Our bathroom made loud noises when the water came on and the lights flickered. We spoke to the desk attendant and Hotels.com who tried to get us into another room. We were told there were no other rooms and they tried to transfer us to another hotel. The hotel they tried to transfer us to was a LOT cheaper, and not somewhere we would be comfortable so we ended up staying the night. Not exactly as portrayed The stove top didn't work. The floors were sloped and uneven. Only one elevator worked. The staff was nice and tried to accommodate whatever was needed.

Was dirty and live bugs in the bathroom I had stayed there before and I was appalled at how much it had changed. The bathtub was dirty and several bugs were on the floor in bathroom. Room did not seem vacuumed either. Was extremely disappointed in the hotel.
Hotel Condition Water coming out of facet in bathroom wouldn't get hot. Stains in the carpet.

Poor condition; Poor management No hot water and management ignored my requests for repair.
Warning! Don't Stay Here! Great location but that's about it. The property, including our room, was dirty and more often than not, the management was not there. Knew we were in trouble, when it took 45 minutes to check in. I had to complain bitterly since the hotel cut off the water to the 2nd floor and we were unable to shower in the morning. Overall, it was Not a pleasant stay. We will Never stay at these hotels ago. Caveat Emptor!
Overpaid for the quality. Hairs were all over the bathroom/tub/sink upon check-in. Had reasonable expectations but was very disappointed for what we paid for and what we saw.
