poor service staff was rude and barely accommodating. They felt like they were doing you a favor.Very small television! Will not stay at this hotel again!

I wouldn't if I were you. Horrible stay, room was so dirty, food on the floor, dust was unbearable, bathroom was disgusting. Couldn't even stay there.
Disappointing accommodations I live in Austin, but needed a place to stay while some repairs were going on in my home. I stayed at a new Holiday Inn Express out by 4-points for a couple of weeks, but decided to move closer to work for the few remaining days of my stay. I looked for a lower-priced hotel and found Extended Stay in the Arboretum area for ~$85/night (pre-tax). I booked it and was a little horrified when I showed up... it was dark, dingy and outdated. bed bugs galore and pubics all over bathroom. the experience was terrible...left with rash
The breakfast was very poor.room smell bad the restroom door was hard to close poor maintenance my wife didn't like at all
Roaches Walk in the room, kill five roaches within ten feet of the door. It was late so I put everything up high and slept. The fridge was not cleaned. Notified the front desk and they gave me a quick,"We will notify maintenance!"

Needs to be Badly Upgraded This is a terrible hotel. Old furniture, beds are old and unclean. I slept fully dressed.
