Convienient hotel, OK for the price. Approaching the lobby you are greeted with overflowing trashcans of fast food & beer debris. Not really inviting for a woman travelling alone. The lobby was unclean, lots of mud tracked floors, dogs are allowed on site and the elevator smelled of them. The room was spacious but the carpet and floors were sticky. Terrible "Hotel" I've never had such a bad experience with a hotel before! As soon as we walked into our room the stench of vanilla cigars permeated the air especially when the a/c turned on! There were burn marks on the comforters, carpets were stained really badly with what looked like old blood stains and there were cockroaches! To top off the night at 12 am my 3 yr old son was coughing from the stench and vomited . We packed up and left that very night. I paid $170.00 for 1 night! bed bugs, fleas and ticks horrible. i would have been better off sleeping in my car rather than sleeping here. got bit by who knows what... bed bugs, fleas, or ticks... they did change the room for us... but we went from two beds to one bed... they promised a roll out bed... and few hours passed without any roll out bed so i called the front desk to find out they dont even have roll out beds at the location. i had to end up sleeping on the floor. pay little more to go somewhere cleaner.

don't waste your time They lost my prepaid reservation after a long day. No rooms available. No refund has been issued to date due to high volume of complaints. No excuse.

Bedbug or Flea infested!! My parents kept getting bites all over their body asked to change rooms so they moved them to couple of rooms down and were still getting bites! The staff just apologized and didn't offer them anything else other than telling them they can check out one day early and waive the fee for the one night. So my parents ended up just getting benadryl and topicals from a pharmacist and had to suffer with the bites for days.
