Wouldn't be my first choice in the area Not in the greatest shape. Room carpet so gungy, I never walked barefoot. Smell of smoke in public areas pervasive. Nowhere near as nice as the hotels beside it. No glasses in room. Had to use paper coffee cups from lobby. The staff was wonderful though. Very friendly and thoughtful.

STAY AWAY The front desk staff was bad, they had NO people skills at all, had to have my key re done twice, the room smelled like someone just finished cooking a meal the entire 3 day stay, they will not clean your room if you are staying less than 7 days, there were roaches in the room, was very disappointed overall and will probably never stay at an Extended Stay again.

Terrible Customer Service I have stayed at this brand of hotels in the past many times but I was very disappointed in the service we received this weekend when out there. We got back to our hotel and did not have a key we waited for 10 mins and saw no one was at the desk yet, so we called to let the person on duty know we were waiting in the lobby, he let us know he was helping another customer and he would be there soon. We waited another 10 mins and still no sign of the person on duty, again we called and got the same resp... read more

They didn't have my reservation booked through Expedia luckily I had my reservation number they were able to look it up through. I paid for a non smoking king room they blamed Expedia for overbooking them and advised they could give me a queen room but I would have to get the monetery value difference from Expedia. The room had stains on the ceilings curtains and walls. The room smelled terribly of smoke as it was a smoking room.

The dirtiest hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The dirtiest hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. Not the only the elevators and room are dirty, but the surroundings of the hotel are trashed up. Behind the hotel, there are some trees and there is sort of trash in there. Old matters, old tv, trashes. This hotel is disgusting. Don’t say here. Sleep in your car, but don’t stay in this hotel… The only good aspect is good location.

Had bugs and just felt dirty Had to kill cockroachs, and had a lizard in the room which after I caught him and let him go out side, I decided I should have left him there to eat the small roaches. The sheets had several stains on them as did the floors. And the room had an stale musty odor. But what do you expect for a cheap motel room.

Hopefully you will read my review before choosing I reserved and paid on line for a non smoking room with Hotels.com , upon arrival concierge told me they have only rooms with smoking designation . It was late and tired of all day driving in rain and storm I had no choice but accept . Beside the smell bed covers were disgusting . You should review your operation .

stay somewhere else Room had gross odor, no room service, pathetic breakfast, unfriendly staff and hairdryer and TV broken
