Friendly staff who arranged reimbursing us when we decided to stay only one day. Proximity to major thoroughfares. Nice bed. A bit of annoying smell. Unattractive decor.

Check in and out were fast and easy. There are no restrooms in the lobby though. It's an extended stay hotel; so, bring your own toiletries. Rooms are only cleaned once a week. The air conditioner worked great! Breakfast is very limited. No designated areas outside for pets to use the restroom. Small grassy areas in the very back. It's a non-smoking property, but people were always sitting outside the entrance smoking. The location is great! Shopping is close by, as well as several restaurants. not updated. Carpet in bad shape. Sheets hard. No extras, like liquid soap or conditioner in the room.

Needs a renovation.... The hotel needs a major renovation. Very outdated. We stayed for 2 weeks because we are transitioning to move to the city of Austin and needed a place to stay long term. The hotel staff was fine...a few mediocre staff members who need to brush up on their customer service skills. The WiFi is AWFUL!!! Very slow and you have to log on each time you leave the hotel and come back. That was very difficult to deal with since my fiancé was working remotely from the hotel.
