The location was great. The price was good. The hotel was low end when it was built 20+ years ago... Now it's low end and old. But if you're looking for a clean place to rest at night in a good/centrally located/safe place then this is your spot.

It's a place to sleep It's an older hotel in a nice area of town. The price makes it affordable, but if I had to stay more than one night, I'd rather spend a little more to get a nicer room. The hallways stunk. It's clean enough, but not especially great. It's conveniently located just a block off Mopac, and there are lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. I'd say it's fine for a thrifty budge, but not especially great.
