I liked the view and the room was clean. The ac worked properly and there was cable.

Shoutout to RICHARD! Just wanted to take this time to say that Richard who was working the front desk that night was awesome. Due to technical issues he was still so apologetic and genuinely cared for his customers in being taken care of.

Nice hotel in a good are. Bad service Booked at this property because there was going something on in Austin that week I stayed here & most hotels in Downtown were sold out. I booked this property because The Domain is near. I arrived around 8pm and there wasn't anybody at the front desk. I waited at least 30 min, I started to knock on the counter so that they could come out from where they were. The location was great. The price was good. The hotel was low end when it was built 20+ years ago... Now it's low end and old. But if you're looking for a clean place to rest at night in a good/centrally located/safe place then this is your spot.
