Cleanliness issue Staff is friendly but the room had a permanent “burger” smell. Shower faucet and sink had lose knobs. Water in faucet will not drain. Carpet was dirty. Bathroom exhaust fan was way too loud.

Good value; Not so great late arrival experience. Good value. Called in advance about late arrival. When arrived at 3am, the new employee at Front Desk could not check me in because the computer is upgrading. Wait patiently for 30 mins and finally asked her to call her supervisor. Turned out there was a 2nd computer. Could have trained a new employee better.

Really good for the $ Had what I need... Coffee in the am kitchen everything worked

Good location, the personnel were efficient and polite. The amenities were fair. Although this is an extended stay property there were no utensils, pots, pans or cups in the room. "Breakfast" was coffee, tea, hot chocolate and store bought bars and muffins.

There was no soap or shampoo in room.
