Not what we hoped for!! Not what I was hoping for in such a classy and upscale area of Austin. This hotel is very outdated and our room was not very clean. I ran a bath and found several black hairs floating in the water before I could get in...needless to say, I showered instead.

Location was awesome, but the lobby had holes in the ceiling tiles above the registration desk, the elevators had "failed" stickers on them. Scary to think about using them.

It was perfect area next to everything staff was nice room was clean. the only negative was when I woke up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom I noticed a lot of little black ants crawling up out the sink and on the counter. The sheets on the bed was a tad thin and the mattress wasn’t that comfortable but it was do-able.

The property was great! It was clean and the service people were very friendly. I wish we could have stayed longer... Great room for the price.
