Decent sray for the amount of money spent walls and doors could use some wiping down but had clean linen face towels could be updated with nicer ones

Good facility - questionable patrons, Convenient location. Everyone on staff was very helpful and super friendly! Room was clean and comfortable. The only thing unpleasant about the stay was some of the other guests. The two benches in front of the facility were littered with cigarette butts...and some guests would sit there and spit on the sidewalk. Come on people - have some class. Very helpful and friendly at Desk for check in, although she was stretched extremely thin. Trying to give directions to current guests, help current guests with requests, check me in and answer the phone. She did as well as she could, but it really looks like they need two on duty at desk. I requested and got what they call a non-smoking room, but it smelled like an ash try and the bathroom counter had multiple burn marks on the formica counter top where some dumb ass put their cigarette out on it.
