Average hotel My room was clean. The internet worked good. It was close to where we needed to be. WE couldn't get rooms anywhere else nearbt. I'd say it was a so so hotel. Forget breakfast it was a joke.

I chose Extended Stay America because it was within walking distance of a Convention I attended. I did not choose it for shopping, nightlife, food culture, museums, etc. therefore I cannot evaluate these criteria. However, I was chose not to take an hour long bus trip to downtown Austin and the Texas state capitol because of the roundtrip travel time of about 2 hours.

Nice place but wouldn't stay again Clean room, checkin was half of the service staff was great and the other half not so great.

Good value The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and everything seemed to work well. The location was good.

Not worth it The nonsmoking room was not available, and the odor of the forth floor was unbearable. I was given a bottle of Fabreze for the room and we used the whole thing and at $172.00 a night I would not stay here again.
