Decor doesn't look like it has been updated since 1970s. "Breakfast" is packaged granola bars, muffins and a few apples and oranges. Lobby desk closes at 11PM. Housekeeping is once per week.
Just OK place in nice area of Austin (Arboretum) We booked this place based on it's location (close to early morning appointment the next day). We were not looking for anything "special", but anticipated a bit more than what we got. We checked in around 11:00 PM and was surprised to find the lobby doors locked (again, this is a nice area of Austin). nice place i enjoyed it. the hotel was nice and clean, would stay there again.
Reasonable cost for a decent stay Had no issues with the hotel. It was clean and just as advertised. Would definitely stay there again if I return to the area.

Nice hotel close to the beach The hotel is not really close to the beach. I don't have a good title. I had a smoking room. I did not like it. Most facilites have adopted a non-smoking policy. This facility should move to that policy as well.
A good hotel for resting It was a nice experience, a quite hotel, it was possible resting, nice people in reception.
