Cleaness Was a clean place and the front desk person was nice and very helpful. Only thing i didn't like was i had a non smoking room and the person before me smoked in the room! so the whole room smelt horrible because of the smoke.
Good staying here The place is definitely worth it. The staff was ultra friendly and accomodating.
Clean rooms and area, but insufficient service The rooms were very clean and in a very nice area. Great amenities in the room too. However, but they only do room service after seven nights. We only stayed there for one night, but the once-in-seven days room service was kind of a drag. Also, another drag was that there is no easily accessible wall socket to plug the iron to. You have to sort of get behind the TV, which is not exactly easy to reach.
Hotel is Okay As the title says, the hotel is okay. The customer facing staff is awful. Long waits for them to do anything, general confusion at the front desk and absolute lack of pride in the service that they are bering paid to provide.
