It"s a good place to stay! It is a good place to stay especiallyt for the money, Place was clean and the people friendly. I recommend this to anyone who needs a kitchen and a little more space for your stuff., We had a jgood experience there.

A great place to stay, on the outskirts of Austin I visited Austin for business for 5 days and stayed at the Extended Stay, Arboretum, which was only a couple of miles from my clients office. The efficiency apartment was spacious enough, well fitted out and in excellent condition. The best thing was the staff on the front desk, all of whom were friendly and helpful. A real home from home. Add in convenient onsite parking and a grab and go breakfast and the value proposition is great. Would use again.
burgain price, amazing location and great staff good size room. no highway noise. front desk staff Lisa gets 110% for being very nice and welcoming.
Staff was very friendly. Street noise and noisy a/c made it hard to sleep.
