Staff was nice. Carpet was filthy. Walls were dirty. No bugs were seen. Under the sunk was dirty. Tile in bathroom was coming up. No pots, pans, cups or any essentials of any kind. No housekeeping if staying less than 14 days. No towels, linens or trash pickup. .

Stayed here to attend local F1 race south of Austin and everything was price-jacked, and this was moderately reasonable in price so chose it. Property is dated. No dishes, utensils, etc. for the kitchenette. Room was acceptably clean except for leftover food from a prior guest in fridge. We were provided two worn bathtowels and two washclothes for two people, one thin bar of handsoap, one bathmat and one roll of toilet paper. Receptionist was very friendly
Customer service is very good the young lady that works in the evening times it's very sweet understanding and patient the area is quiet and have places around me to go and eat
The first time I came had a very hard time and got frustrated but my husband and the sweet lady at the front desk got everything situated decided to give them another try and dealt with the same sweet young lady and she has been awesome ever since I've been coming
