they should have better breakfast thn jus a granola bar and coffee thats more like a snack not breakfast for what a paid for 3 nights im pretty sure people pay high dollar to stay there and the company can afford to do breakfast so why not invest in that

The manager Roy and desk clerk Michelle were very helpful especially when Hotels.com booked a room at a completely booked hotel.

The building is not in great condition, the room has an odd smell the carpet was sticky, the hair dryer was missing from the port, you can very easily hear those in rooms around you, definitely not what I was expecting for the rate I paid. Staff were very polite and helpful, but the hotel it’s self was pretty disappointing.

Location is great. Staff was very nice and the room was clean. My only complaint, the flat tire luggage cart. It was very inconvenient.

There were red stains on the carpet and on one of the pillows on the couch. The lamp that had plug-in for your phone to charge did not work. The air-conditioned unit smelled. The up side, had a comfortable bed.

1st room was nasty, 2nd try was comfortable Arrived mid-afternoon; Nobody was at the front desk; had to call and wait for check-in staff to arrive. First room I was assigned on the 3rd floor was not cleaned yet, had dirt and debris on every surface; windows were open and leaves were blowing in. Was re-assigned to room on 2nd floor that was clean and well-maintained. Kitchen appliances were outdated but worked; Heat/HVAC window units were relatively quiet and worked well.
