DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY Easily the grossest hotel I’ve been to. A motel would have been better and that says something. When we first got there, nobody was even up front he was tucked away in a back room for 5 minutes before coming to help us and was very monotone the whole time. Do not stay here. Let me begin by stating at check-in the front desk clerk did everything he could to fix the issues I encountered. Otherwise, this was an extremely disappointing stay. The first two hours there were no lightbulbs in the room. The clerk alerted me that their shipment had not come in and he would check out of service rooms for bulbs. The staff member who checked me in was very nice. Outside of that I have nothing good to say about this property. It was dirty, old, run down and didn’t feel like a safe place to stay. On top of that they did not offer any kind of breakfast this morning (Sunday) and yesterday the grab n go breakfast consisted of only a granola bar. I took a ton of pics, there were hair wads behind the bathroom door, furniture that didn’t function and or was missing drawers, the sheets had stains.. it was just bad

One of the worst hotel in Research Blvd. Very disappointing. Especially the room looks outdated and not clean. For the price, it is the worst. Not at all good customer service. They offer utensils and when you ask for them they say that they do not have them. Also, you have to request towels and toilet paper. The TV control did not work. Really was a disaster. I deserve credit for that room.

This place checks every block on the “places I’d never stay again” list. The room we were assigned already had someone in it. It smelled bad. It seemed unsafe. I was worried my car would get broken into. The people in the lobby and outside smoking made it look like a rehab facility. As we cancelled and we’re leaving, a nice woman staying there congratulated us for “escaping”. I’m only rating this a 1 because there is is no 0.

Hotel was in poor condition. Only one vending machine in the hotel and it was broken but with no sign saying it was so. So the only place to get water was from the sink in your room or leave the hotel. The hotel appeared to be understaffed, and while the one gentleman who was working was kind, he seemed to have a lot on his plate and was forgetful.
